希林协会老人营养午餐餐堂食规定
一、年龄60岁以上，请 出示本人ID。
二．有发烧、咳嗽、感冒、或传染病症状的耆老谢绝入内。
三．新来者请填写老人餐申请表。
四．请用印刷字体登记姓名。
五．每人志愿贡献7美元, 作为捐款支持老人餐更好运行。每份餐成本费$12.99 + Tax。
六．请勿喧哗, 注意安全。
七．请服从希林和餐馆员工管理和要求。

XILIN ASSOCIATION SENIORS DINE-IN REGULATIONS

1. Please show your ID if you are over 60 years old.
2. A person who has a fever, cough, cold, flu, or infectious disease symptoms will not be allowed to participate.
3. For new participants, please fill out the Congregate Meal Registration form.
4. Please print your name on the Senior Meal Form.
5. Your voluntary donation of $7.00 is appreciated for supporting the Senior Congregate Meal program. The full cost of meal is $12.99 + Tax.
6. Please speak in a low voice and stay safe.
7. Please follow the instructions of the Xilin and restaurant’s staff.
