– Xilin’s Art Academy has been instrumental in establishing new multicultural performances in the metropolitan Chicago land area.
– The adult dance group has been invited to perform at numerous major multicultural events including Xilin Lantern Festival, Chicago Thanksgiving Parade VIP Stage, Chicago Bulls Lunar New Year Celebration, Chicago Cultural Center, etc.
– The children’s dance group has been invited to participate in the International Children’s Art Festival in China.

CULTURAL FAIRS
Xilin Association strives to engage the community at large with Chinese culture through cultural fairs and special events. Many of our cultural activities are focused on outreach to other ethnic communities to further enhance cross-cultural dialogue. Starting from 2016, Xilin takes part in numerous cultural engagements throughout the year, including:
– Chicago Thanksgiving Parade
– Arts in the Dark Halloween Parade
– Chicago Bulls Lunar New Year Celebration
– Spring Festival Fairs at various shopping malls
At events like these, people of all ages in the community get a chance to interact with Chinese culture in a fun and educational environment.
