ADULT DAY CARE

Xilin’s adult day care provides therapeutic activities, health related services, and an individualized care plan for medically and/or cognitively frail elderly adults between 8:30am to 2:30pm. The activities are specially designed for seniors to prevent memory loss, create independence through a structured, secure and therapeutic setting, and relieve caregivers from burning out. Our adult day care services include personal care plans that are developed and monitored by an onsite nurse, nutritional meals that are designed and monitored by a dietician, transportation arrangements upon request, an interdisciplinary team that works with participants and regularly communicates with family members on the participan t’s progress, and more at an affordable price.

In-Home Services

Xilin offers in-home care to assist the elderly who are 60+ years old, want to enjoy their life at home and in need of help with personal care, transportation and companionship. We also help seniors arrange paramedical transportation as well as offer other services in a one-stop service center. Requirements for in-home services include the participant being a legal resident of the United States, at least 60 years of age and in need of help with daily living activities like cleaning, preparing meals, grocery shopping, taking medication, exercising, driving to the doctor’s office and so forth.

This service can be offered free of charge for low income seniors, and a sliding scale will apply for private pay or insurance paid clients. Our goal is to provide high-quality, professional and friendly service to our seniors as we would to our parents and families.
